Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships. To cancel, please contact us within 1–2 days of placing your order. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds & Re-Delivery
We provide refunds or re-delivery in the following situations:
- Wrong item sent: If you receive an incorrect product, we'll send the correct item or issue a full refund.
- Lost package: If tracking shows no updates for 15+ days, we'll reship your order or provide a refund.
- Damaged package: If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 3 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot provide refunds or re-delivery in the following cases:
- Product dissatisfaction: If you simply don't like the product after receiving it.
- Post-shipment cancellations: Cancellation requests made after the order has shipped.
- Delivery failures: Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout or unreachable recipients.
