We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Allow them to air dry completely before wearing.
We offer refunds or re-delivery if the wrong item is sent, your package is lost (no tracking updates for 15+ days), or if your slippers arrive damaged (must be reported within 3 days of delivery).
Vroomies are designed primarily for indoor use to maintain their plush comfort and appearance. But you can also wear them outdoors.
Orders are processed within 2-3 days. Delivery typically takes 6-12 days, depending on your location, so expect your Vroomies within 8-15 days total.
Orders can be cancelled before shipping, which should be done within 1 to 2 days. Once your Vroomies have shipped, we're unable to process cancellations.
